The New Mexico Museum of Space History (NMMSH) is pleased to announce publication of the seventh in a series of papers by the museum’s Curation Department, Curation Paper Number Seven. This issue is a commemoration of the fiftieth anniversary of the MA-7 flight; it was the second manned orbital mission by the United States. The story is told by astronaut M. Scott Carpenter, the second American to orbit the Earth, via his oral histories. The issue also features NASA’s summary of the mission and the official biography of Commander Carpenter. Curation Papers Seven along with all earlier Curation Papers can be downloaded from the following page under the About the Museum section of our homepage Curatorial Papers Publication.
Read about it in the New Mexico Museum of Space History's newly e-published Curatorial Paper Number Seven.
